All India Association of Industries (AIAI) in collaboration with Centre National de Promotion des Echanges du Cameroun (CNPE), are pleased to invite you to participate in the 4th Edition of the WORLD TRADE EXPO, to be held on October 3-4, 2023 and will focus on Trade, Technology and Tourism at the World Trade Center Mumbai Exhibition Center, in association with the World Trade Center Mumbai, as has been the case in the past. We aim to provide a promising networking platform and a window to showcase our country, its products, technology and knowledge.
This Edition focuses on the role of technology in revolutionising the way world trade works, making global tourism more sustainable and resilient. It will provide a platform for SMEs to explore new markets, identify investment opportunities and discuss trade facilitation measures, including tariffs, regulations and infrastructure.
Alongside the exhibition, sessions on topical issues will be organised to discuss trade, technology, tourism, investment and joint ventures. A B2B trade fair is also planned as part of the exhibition. The exhibition will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
We invite you to participate in the World Expo through a “national pavilion” and to showcase Innovative Technologies / Products, promote Tourism and Business Opportunities in our country through this platform. It will be a promising platform for foreign companies to interact with local companies and discover new business and collaboration opportunities. We urge you to invite companies interested in exploring the Indian market.
We will provide a fully furnished pavilion of at least 6m². As part of our sales promotion initiative, this pavilion will be free of charge. Details of the plan will be communicated as soon as we receive your confirmation. The promotional leaflet is attached.
World Trade Expo 2019 received an overwhelming response with participation from over 30 countries and the state government, which together account for 44% of India’s global trade. SMEs from six states also participated in World Trade Expo 2019, as it provides an excellent platform to expand their operations globally. We successfully concluded 7,000 B2B meetings over 2 days.
We intend to make World Expo 2023 an extraordinary celebration of resilience, innovation and growth, and it will set the tone for export-led growth in the country. For this year’s event, the focus is on projects for which special support is envisaged. Projects must reach the CNPE by 15 September 2023 or before the closing date for registrations, which is 22 September 2023.
