Any physical or moral individual coming directly or indirectly within the promotion, the implementation, the guiding or valoriation of the projects of commercial exchanges or investment. The following are particularly concerned:
- At the level of the state and institutional structures: planners and decision-makers, supervisors, trainers, animators, advisors in manaement.
- At the level of NGOs: promoters of grouping, supervisors, consultants, animators.
- At the level of companies operating in the areas of commercial exchange and investment: leaders, employer/self-employed.
The CNPE is also and above all positioning itself in the prospecting of various forms of cooperation aimed at identifying all the possibilities of rapprochement by creating a symbiosis of action between the local promoter and the consumer of his product both within the country and on the international market.
The CNPE is substantially involved in promoting local development initiatives, supporting public administrations, private institutions and grassroots organisations working in the production of goods and services for export and for growth markets. It actively contributes to the strengthening of cooperation and partnership relations with organisations working in the fields of trade and investment promotion. To link, as far as the law allows, its perimeter of action to the regional and global network in order to increase its intervention capacity.
